I agree to the cleaning policies to use the room:

I agree to make sure garbage is thrown in the outside trash can (key to lock located next to basement door), check the restrooms for excessive mess, and put away tables and chairs.

Key Return

I agree to make sure all doors are locked and and shut completely. I will either put the key under the office door or return the key the next day.

Wifi Use

I acknowledge that only BSA applications will be used with WiFi and that only authorized computers will be plugged in to LAN outlets. Gaming and other non BSA application use will result in loss of future use of the building.
