Our Trading Post is providing an opportunity for area Scouting communities to help out local Scout members who may have uniform needs.

The Holiday Giving Tree Program provides a way for you to help Scouts in your unit with any uniform need. The program works on a donation basis – Scout Shop customers purchase and donate items listed on Holiday Giving Tree cards hung on a designated tree in the store (similar to Angel Tree). Our Scout Shop staff will track the donated gifts for each Scout based on the information given on this form.

We need your assistance as a Leader to make the program a success. Determine which Scouts in your unit may have a uniform need or perhaps other items that would help them with their Scouting advancement and adventures. Complete one of these forms for each of those Scouts and return completed forms to the Scout Shop.

All information on the form is kept confidential and only Scout Shop staff will have access to it. Each form is given a code. The code, the Scout’s first name, and list of needs will be included on the Holiday Giving Tree card. Once items on the card are filled, you will be contacted regarding arrangements for donation pickup, but no later than the week of December 15th.
