Annual Program Fee Update
Beginning on September 1, 2026, we will add the $50 Council Service Fee to individual online renewals. Chartering organizations and unit committees will no longer be responsible for collecting and paying that fee.
Scouting America has just made available to us the ability to add the $50 fee to online registration renewals, which almost every one of our Scouts does.

This Blue Mountain Council is headquartered in Kennewick, WA, serving youth and adult volunteers in 12 counties in Southeast Washington and Northeastern Oregon. Our Mission is to provide charter development, citizenship, community service, and growth in physical, mental, and spiritual fitness, to help create the next generation of leaders.
