The Blue Mountain Council is headquartered in Kennewick, Washington serving youth and adult volunteers in 12 counties in Southeastern Washington and Northeastern Oregon. Our mission is to provide character development, citizenship, community service, and growth in physical, mental and spiritual fitness, to help create the next generation of leaders.
